IABA Ulster Branch seek High Performance Administrator

IABA are seeking to employ a full-time staff member to provide the administrative function for the Ulster High Performance Unit based currently in the University of Ulster. The post will administer all bookings for Ulster High Performance Unit including training and competitions programme bookings, administration and bookings for International events and competitive opportunities. The post will report to the High Performance Director in Dublin, meanwhile working alongside the High Performance Coach in Ulster, assisting them in the efficient and effective running of the unit.

The post holder will be responsible for providing the administrative support function for the Ulster High Performance Unit. The main Functions of the post will be:

  • To carry out all aspects of squad administrative to ensure the HP Unit runs efficiently.
  • To collect and compile all information required by the Ulster High Performance Coach in a timely manner.
  • To support the High-Performance Coach in collating reports and claims for Sport NI
  • To liaise with the High Performance staff in the national system based in Dublin as and when required.
