Natalie Niederman | Inclusive Participation Officer

Natalie is joining the NI Sports Forum after finishing a masters in Conflict Transformation and Social Justice at Queens University. She focused on Community Programs and Restorative Justice.

Natalie aims to reinvigorate the Female Sports Forum and any programs to go along keeping women active. She comes from a swimming background having swam competitively in University at a Division 3 level in the US. Using her background in community building and policy research she hopes to find ways to create access for those looking to get involved.
