“Voluntary and community groups have taken ownership of the process of ensuring they are well run”, Wendy Osborne from the Volunteer Development Agency told the launch of the Code of Good Governance. She was winding up a packed meeting at NICVA where the Code was launched officially by Social Development Minister Margaret Ritchie.
