It’s #MentalHealthAwarenessWeek and this year’s theme is Anxiety.
Anxiety is a normal emotion in us all, but sometimes it can get out of control and become a mental health problem. Evidence shows that people who are active have greater levels of happiness and are less likely to feel as anxious.
Let’s use this week as an opportunity to have open conversations about mental health and anxiety so people know they aren’t alone.
