Sported Membership Support & Development Officer (Northern Ireland)

Sported NI currently seeking to appoint a Membership Support & Development Officer for Northern Ireland to maintain and build on the strong relationships that have been forged with our member groups and volunteers across Northern Ireland.

Key duties will be to build strong relationships with the Sported Northern Ireland membership to ensure that they are fully aware of the support that we offer and work closely with our volunteers to provide suitable capacity building support. You will also be involved in supporting the development and delivery of new projects and initiatives, in conjunction with the Northern Ireland Manager.

Experience of working in the voluntary, community or sports sector is essential along with an understanding of the needs of groups and organisations offering community sport. Applicants should have knowledge of good Impact Practice. You will also have the ability to manage and prioritise workload and have strong verbal and written communication skills. Excellent administrative and IT Skills, including operating databases and using Microsoft Office, are essential.
