Amina Martin-Ross

Amina has worked across a wide range of sports; as an Outdoor Recreation Instructor, a Level 2 Gymnastics Coach, a Level 1 Rowing Coach and a P.E teacher and sports coordinator in a secondary school. She has been the Project Officer and then the Digital Marketing Officer with the Female Sports Forum. She then became a Risk and Conflict Analyst with a consulting firm.

Amina is currently the Northern Ireland Development Officer and Women in Sport Programme Support with Triathlon Ireland. Her focus is currently on participation, inclusion and club development. She is also the Female Lead on the Equality Sub-Committee of the Canoe Association NI which has the remit for inclusion for the organisation.
