Archery NI Board Vacancies

Do you want to help shape the future of sport in Northern Ireland?

This is an important time for archery in Northern Ireland as it plans for the future. We are looking for the right people to join the Board of Management and lead Archery Northern Ireland (a Company limited by guarantee). This role will consist of maintaining the present services in the region whilst preparing a strategic development plan and appointing the officers to deliver it.

Archery in Northern Ireland has a promising future; good progress has been made in coaching and Archery GB will look to continue to support the work in this area of strategic importance. Northern Ireland has a talented group of athletes with a wealth of talent in all bow styles and many have represented Great Britain and Ireland in both target and field squads most recently at the Rio Olympic Games.

We are seeking to appoint the following Directors who will form an interim Board leading to full elections and a new set of Articles at the AGM in 2017:

  • Independent Chairman
  • Director (Membership Services)
