Belfast will host the World Police and Fire Games (WPFG) from the 1st – 10th of August 2013. The World Police and Fire Games is a biennial sporting event which attracts over 10,000 law enforcement, fire and prison officers from around the world. This event is the third largest multi-sport games in the world and offers a high level of competition in approximately 65 sports.

Sport Northern Ireland is seeking expressions of interest from venue owners, sporting and related organisations wishing to host the events.
