Home Instead grants are now open to small grass roots organisations who are not registered as a charity.
They will specifically fund activities and projects that further the needs of our ageing adult population through well-being activities and programmes to prevent social isolation and loneliness. They have also lowered their age category to support the over 55’s and will further support organisations by connecting you to one of their local offices so you can build even more support in your local area. Grants of up to £500 for grassroots organisations and £1,500 for small local charities. Four funding windows open each year Applications received in October, processed in November.
More information about the funding and how to apply can be found here.
