Salary: £18,390 to £20,440 per annum (with contributory pension scheme).
Based at The House of Sport, Upper Malone Road, Belfast, but some travel throughout Northern Ireland and occasionally beyond will be required.
37 hours per week, normally 9am to 5pm but on occasions it will be necessary to work in the evenings, at weekends and on public holidays.
Main responsibilities will include the provision of secretarial and administrative support to the staff, officers, Council and committees of RYANI and the day-today administration of the RYANI office.
Essential criteria includes:
• 2 A-Levels (A-E) or equivalent
• 2 years full time (or part-time equivalent) experience in an administrative
environment with responsibility for at least 2 of the following areas:
o Office management; and
o Promotional activities
• Experience in the use of Microsoft packages in particular Word and Excel
