Performance Pathways Officer
(Full-Time 37 Hours per week)
(Fixed Term Contract to 31st March 2017, subject to Sport NI funding and with possibility of extension.)
The Performance Pathways Officer is responsible for the creation, development and implementation of a performance strategy for Netball Northern Ireland. The strategy will contain an overarching objective to identify, confirm and develop an oversupply of athletes across the performance pathway through all Levels. The successful applicant will work in collaboration with the Netball NI Performance Committee, advising and guiding the committee on the strategic direction and implementation of the performance plans and systems employed by Netball NI to identify, recruit and develop talent.”
Starting salary for this post will be NJC SCALE SO1 Points 20-31 (£25,440-£27,123) pa
