The 2024 Annual General Meeting of the Northern Ireland Sports Forum will be held on Wednesday 20th November 2024 at 1900, Malone Golf Club, 240 Upper Malone Road, Dunmurry, Belfast.
Two members of the Board will retire at the Annual General Meeting and during the meeting two Board members may be elected to serve for a three year period from 2024-2027.
The elections are in accordance with the Memorandum and Articles of Association. Each Representative and Associate Member is entitled to nominate up to three (3) individuals for election to the Board.
The current member of the Board standing for re-election is:

A Nominations Committee is appointed by the Board to manage the recruitment process of Chairperson, Vice Chairperson, Treasurer and independent directors.
Further nominations should be entered on the enclosed pro-forma signed and dated by the nominator and returned to Richard Honeyford via email.
Nominations must be received by 4pm on Wednesday 13th November 2024.
