Northern Ireland Judo: Chairperson of Performance Advisory Group and Independent Board Director

Northern Ireland Judo are excited to announce that we are looking to welcome more people into the NIJF Board of Directors, and they are also looking to commence a Chairperson for our newly created Performance Advisory Group.

The Board role will help to shape lives and the future of Judo for our membership, both existing and potential.

Creating solid management strategies for the growth of Judo and ensuring compliance, input for development and assisting with direction of the Federation over the next few years.

The Chair of our Performance Advisory Group will be integral in helping to deliver the success of performance based Judo athletes from across Northern Ireland, who compete on the national and world stage.

The Performance Advisory Group will be a collaboration effort to ensure transparency, robust reporting and accountability for funding partners. This is a fantastic ground floor opportunity to help put athletes from across Northern Ireland on the world map for success.
