Swim Ulster Limited is seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Operations and Communications Support Officer to join our expanding team. This entry-level position within our sports governing body offers a unique opportunity to gain comprehensive experience in sport administration and delivery.

The post holder will collaborate closely with the Chief Executive, Operations and Competitions Officer, Swim Ulster staff,
and strategic partners.

The primary responsibility of this role is to oversee Swim Ulster’s full range of communications and marketing functions, including digital, social, and traditional media, and support the organisation’s membership e-newsletter. Additionally, the role will assist with daily operations across all aquatic sports, working in tandem with the current sport development officers.

To excel in this role, the candidate must possess excellent marketing skills, advanced problem-solving abilities, and outstanding interpersonal and write communication skills. They should have a proactive attitude, the ability to
manage multiple projects simultaneously, a strong work ethic, and the capability to work both independently and as part of a dedicated team.
Flexibility and a can-do attitude are essential for this role.
