Participation Officer- Ulster Badminton
Ulster Badminton are pleased to open the recruitment process for a Participation Officer.
Reporting to the Executive Manager, the Participation Officer will support the direct delivery and administrative operations of Ulster Badminton’s Schools, Clubs, and Community Programmes. The role will focus on increasing participation and promoting lifelong involvement in badminton, growing overall membership—with a particular emphasis on female participation—and providing coaching and playing opportunities for people with disabilities and those from socially disadvantaged target groups.
Job Title: Participation Officer
Location: Badminton Office, National Badminton Centre with some remote working
Hours: 20 hours per week.
Salary: £13,356
Duration: Fixed Term until March 2027- Should further funding be confirmed, the contract for this post may be extended.
Funding: Sport Northern Ireland 2026-27 SPI & Ulster Badminton
