During the first week of September 2015 Sport Northern Ireland will host its annual Children’s Coach Development week.
Events will take place between from 1-3 of September and at a range of locations across the province, with opportunities for full/part-time and volunteer coaches, and coach managers/developers.
The development opportunities on offer for coaches will provide access to leading presenters, trainers and practitioners in the children’s coaching domain. Each workshop will take a look at a different aspect of children’s coaching from observation skills and fundamentals of movement, to programme and season planning; behaviour management, through to fitness and strength development for young people.
