Time to Talk Day on Thursday 6 February as part of a nationwide push to get people talking more openly about mental health.
The annual campaign, organised by Time to Change, aims to end the isolation and shame that too many of us with mental health problems are made to feel – and with poor mental health now effecting one in four of us, this has never been more important.
This year, Time to Talk Day is using the popular game ‘Would you rather?’ to help break the ice and get the conversation flowing. We encourage you to join us and organisations across the country in getting athletes, coaches, fans and local communities to open up to each other, to talk and to listen.
You’ll find plenty of tips, ideas and resources on how you can get involved here.
