This in-person event, Breaking Barriers: Being Inclusive at All Levels, will explore how we can create welcoming environments in sport, challenge exclusionary practices, and build truly inclusive systems across sport and physical activity.

Speakers:
Judith Rankin- NORTHERN IRELAND NATIONAL MANAGER for Sported
Judith is based in Northern Ireland and is passionate about increasing the capacity of local organisations to support young people. Her work focuses on the development and delivery of a range of services and Projects.
Judith has a talent for demystifying complex information so that’s it more user-friendly for groups, which she harnesses in the development of new Projects and resources. Alongside international training facilitation experiences, Judith has a range of experience developing volunteer training packages and resources. She enjoys working alongside Sported members and volunteers who share her strong belief in the power of sport to help make a difference to people’s lives.
Aubrey Bingham- Community Sport Manager for DSNI
Natalie Niederman- Inclusive Participation Officer for the Female Sports Forum
Natalie has been with the Female Sports Forum for the past three years, working to create more inclusive opportunities for women and girls in sport across Northern Ireland. She holds a Master’s in Conflict Transformation and Social Justice from Queen’s University Belfast, where she focused on community programmes and restorative justice. Coming from a competitive swimming background at the NCAA Division III level in the US, Natalie combines her love of sport with her experience in community building and policy research to support programmes that help women stay active, confident, and connected.
