Small Grants Available:
Summer Scheme for Children with disabilities and/or additional needs grant – Formally constituted local community, voluntary organisations and special education schools whose primary purpose is to support children or adults who have disabilities and/or additional needs. This should be stated in the organisation’s governing document.
Support for Sport: Hospitality Grant – The Support for Sport: Hospitality grant provides small grants to assist sports clubs and sports governing bodies engaged with sport and physical activity with providing hospitality while hosting events within Belfast that will bring visitors to the city.
Support For Sport: Large Development Grant – The Belfast City Council Support for Sport Large Development Grants are designed for Belfast based sports clubs who wish to develop by undertaking a new project
Support for Sport: Small Development Grant – The Belfast City Council Support for Sport Small Development Grants are designed to provide assistance to Belfast based sports clubs and community organisations that participate in sport and physical activity
Support for Sport: Sporting Individuals Grant – The Belfast City Council Support for Sport: Sporting Individuals Grant is designed to financially assist elite athletes representing Belfast on the international stage. Grants will assist athletes towards expenses for preparation, training and competition.
Support for Sport: Sports Event Grant – The Belfast City Council Support for Sport: Event Grant is aimed at attracting major sporting events to Belfast and assist organisations in the delivery of these events. The scheme is intended to increase the number of sporting events in Belfast’s sporting calendar.
