Pension Auto-Enrolment Information Session- 18th November 2015- 7pm
A new law means that every employer must automatically enrol workers into a workplace pension scheme if they:
- Are aged between 22 and State Pension age
- Earn more than £10,000 a year
- Work in the UK
Employees falling outside of the criteria above still have to be offered access to a pension scheme and there may be a requirement for an employer to contribute to such a scheme.
We are working with Kerr Henderson to deliver an information session at the House of Sport which is open for Governing Bodies and clubs to attend. This session will cover what auto enrolment is, when it applies, who it applies to (in regard to employers and employees) what it entails and some of the options available to ensure employers meet their legal obligations under the legislation.
Kerr Henderson (Financial Services) Ltd is an independent employee benefits consultancy.
