Many of our members are involved in activities which require Countryside Access and current legislation is often not helpful for either the occupier of the land or visitors going on to the land. Much of the uncertainty surrounds the Occupiers Liability Legislation and the Northern Ireland Law Commission is going to review the legislation and has published a paper which can be viewed by clicking here.
