Ulster Rugby Administration Officer

Ulster Rugby are currently inviting applications for the post of Administration Officer to work as a member of the Business Services team, the postholder will provide customer service support and administration services across the organisation

The successful candidate will be educated to GCSE level (or equivalent) with a minimum of Grade C (or equivalent) in English and Mathematics.

They must also have prior experience of; using database systems, working in an office environment and using MS Office suite. Prior experience of working with volunteers is not essential but would be desirable.

We are looking for a self-motivated and proactive individual who is capable of working discreetly. You must be highly confidential and enthusiastic. Additionally, the role requires you to be flexible with working hours as occasional evening and weekend work will be required.

Please note it is anticipated that interviews will be held on Tuesday 30th August 2022.
