Reporting to the Head Coach, the postholder will be responsible for developing and delivering a world class Psychological Performance Programme for Ulster Rugby, ensuring a psychologically informed environment that enables sustainable high performance and positive well-being.
The successful candidate must have 4 years professional post graduate experience within high performance sport, at least 2 years of which must have been gained working in a high performance team environment.
We are looking for an individual with a proven ability to deliver a successful psychological skills programme at both group and individual level, as well as the ability to provide guidance and intervention as required. Additionally the role requires frequent evening and weekend work, as well as travel throughout the Province of Ulster.
The post is initially being offered on a one-year contract, but has the potential to be extended for a further term.
